high financial exposure by procurements for the projects just after
project start, which means that the downpayments are really used for
project financing
relatively high projectvolume and related APG being assigned to the
OCTgroup
Since Shanghai OCT was neither in the position to accept the mentioned
arbitration clause nor to decrease the coverage by APG we need to
agree on a coverage by APG of max. 25% of the total contract volume
for the project Windows of the World in Shenzhen.
